Classes
Th following day and evening
classes start 18 September 2007:

Beginners
Tuesday 10.30am and 8.30 pm; Thursday 7.00pm
For those with no previous experience. Emphasis on learning
a number of core postures with appropriate breathing patterns.
Some work with sound and simple meditative breathing techniques
will be introduced.
On-going, Level 1
Tuesday 7.00pm and Wednesday 10.30am
For those familiar with the basics. Posture work is refined,
intensified and more varied. Seated breathing techniques
are introduced and some basic meditation techniques explored.
On-going, Level 2
For students who want to explore
the potential of yoga more deeply. More intense exploration
of postures, sound, breathing techniques, and approaches
to meditation.
By special
arrangement
If you and a group of friends or workmates would like to
arrange a series of classes at another time eg lunchtime,
afternoon, early evening, do get in touch and we’ll
discuss possibilities.
