The following day and evening
classes start from 19 January 2010:

Beginners - Level 1
Wednesday 7.00pm
For those with no previous experience. Emphasis on learning
a number of core postures with appropriate breathing patterns.
Some work with sound and simple meditative breathing techniques
will be introduced.
On-going - Level 2
Tuesday 7.00pm and Thursday 8.00pm
For those familiar with the basics. Posture work is refined,
intensified and more varied. Seated breathing techniques
are introduced and some basic meditation techniques explored.
Established -Level 3
Tuesday 7.00pm
For students willing to commit to regular practice. This class offers as deeper exploration or postures, breathing, sound and meditation
Morning Yoga
Wednesday 10.30am
Tends to be a gentle - particularly suitable for anyone with physical limitations such as back problems.

arrangement
If you and a group of friends or workmates would like to
arrange a series of classes at another time eg lunchtime,
afternoon, early evening, do get in touch and we’ll
discuss possibilities.
